12:00 - 2:00 pm Immunology Preconference (Pre-registration required) (Available for virtual and in-person attendees) Jongwon Yoo, PhD MSN BSN After attending this immunology session, participants will be able to become familiar with basic concepts in transplant immunology, recognize what an HLA protein is, identify the three major types of graft rejection, learn the different types of antibody testing performed in the HLA laboratory, and understand how the virtual crossmatch is performed and the limitations to using it.
