10th Annual Fall Transplant Education Event  

 Columbia University Irving Medical Center is offering a hybrid model event, with both in-person attendance in New York, NY or through a live, virtual streaming option.  The target audience for this offering includes transplant coordinators, nurses, advanced practice providers, physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, administrators, and other members of the multidisciplinary transplant team across kidney, liver, heart, lung, and multi-organ transplantation.
