2022 International Transplant Nurses Society Annual Meeting

Registration for in person and virtual will include access to educational sessions, posters, exhibits, and CE/CEPTC opportunities for one month after the meeting. All times listed below are in Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Please note each attendee must complete their own registration using the forms below. Current registrants cannot register another colleague. 

In-Person Photography Disclaimer: I understand that a photographer/videographer may take photos/videos of attendees at the conference. These will be for ITNS use only and may appear on the website, brochures, or other promotional materials. I will have the option to select from different colored lanyards indicating my preferences in agreement or disagreement to grant ITNS permission and consent for use.

Preconference Registration

Requires the associated fees listed below in addition to full/single-day conference registration. (All rates are listed in USD [U.S. Dollars]).

Up to two additional guest passes can be purchased for $30 each. 

Full Conference Registration

In-Person Registration includes: 

Access to all Annual Meeting educational sessions, posters, CE/CEPTC for the sessions you attend, and entry into the onsite Exhibit Hall. Pricing includes on-demand educational sessions and posters one month after the meeting. You will have access to all recorded educational sessions and e-posters for one month following the Annual Meeting.

 In-Person One Day Rates:

Conference Cancellation Policy for in-person registration: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before September 16, 2022. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after that date. ITNS reserves the right make necessary Annual Meeting educational session adjustments at its sole discretion. If ITNS must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full refund for their paid registration fee.

Virtual Conference Registration

Virtual Registration includes: Access to all Annual Meeting educational sessions, posters, CE/CEPTC for the sessions you attend, and a virtual networking event. Pricing includes on-demand educational sessions and posters one month after the meeting. Please note that only one session will be available during the live in person meeting, and the other sessions will be added within a week after the meeting. You will also have access to all recorded educational sessions and e-posters for one month following the Annual Meeting. 

Virtual Registration (Full Conference, no single day rates available): 

Virtual Conference Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be available to registrants as content will be available on demand for one month after the 2022 Annual Meeting. If you experience any technical issues during the live event please contact the ITNS Member Services team at [email protected] or (847) 375-6340. ITNS reserves the right make necessary Annual Meeting educational session adjustments at its sole discretion. If ITNS must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full refund for their paid registration fee.
